"We arrived about 6 PM. Strangely, we had not been notified, but there was just an envelope at the reception desk with my name and keys in it – it was not staffed. There were instructions on where to park, etc. Unfortunately, our keys did not work, but fortunately there was a staff member passing by on the fifth floor delivering a pizza when we discovered the problem. He let us in the room and later brought us new keys. There was some construction going on at the facility, so some plastic on the floor of the elevator and other signs, but overall the facility was clean, just a little strange too, not have anyone at the front desk, nor to be made aware. There was an email provided on the check-in information to reach out to if there were any questions – not a phone number which again was a bit disconcerting. Once in, the room was very nice, heater worked great and everything was satisfactory. No extra blankets, pillows or towels in the room."
