We learnt the first night that NZ bed sizes are smaller than Australian. Consequently we had a much smaller bed the first night. Thankfully the management gave us a large bed and room that was new and greatly appreciated. The wifi did drop out in the second room but that could be because it’s so new

We stayed in large two bedroomed two bath roomed apartment. It was well equiped and very generous in size. Stairs to upstairs mezzanine bedroom may be challenging for older guests. Overall pleasant stay.

We abandoned our money and booked another hotel. The "Executive studio" was so tiny we couldn't get around the bed and there wasn't a single chair! I felt claustrophobic. Three nights paid for and lost If you are tiny people this might work. Also the location was in an industrial type area not the historic center.
