This hotel is the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen. Mattress was gray and black from filth. Bathtub had hair, stains and dirt in it. Seriously looked like it had never been clean. Sheets and bedding were stained, looked like they had not been washed in awhile. Ceiling tiles missing over sink. Towels were stained as well. My fiancé and I left immediately. Messaged Travelocity via there website requesting a refund. Travelocity advisor tried to call hotel, no answer. Basically, got the run around between hotel and Travelocity. Horrible experience, disappointed with the customer service with both hotel and Travelocity.

They required a $100 cash deposit on the room. The last thing I'm going to do in a cheap motel lobby is start flashing around cash. We walked away, found a hotel across the street. I told them they could just put the deposit on my credit card, but they said no, had to have cash. Never seen this before in my life.

Several areas for improvement are needed. 1.Incidental deposit needs option of using credit card, not $100 cash. Every person at check-in questioned this method and gave the check-in employee grief to the point she was rude. 2. Front doors were locked with no sign for instructions or bell to ring which left people to bang on the door and the check-in employee to yell in frustration. I watch one person try the door and walk away. 3. I was supposed to have a King Size bed and got a queen...I said a double bed would be fine and the check-in lady said it would cost me extra ($22)...If you don't honor what a person pays for, you upgrade them at no extra charge! 4. My room needs Serious renovations....Door was not secure with a screw sticking out for the safety latch. The room smelled awful, A/C unit made it worse. A pillow had a cigarette burn hole in it. Walls were barren/no pictures. Comforter had shoe prints on it. All 3 lamp shades were cracked/busted. I couldn't turn off one of the lamps (I unscrewed the light bulb for the night). The desk had no The desk needs to be thrown away. A mirror was missing above the sink. You have to hold down the toilet handle to flush...Toilet lid was over-sized for the toilet. I had roaches crawling around in the bathroom. 20-30 cigarette burns on the tub.
