I had a very last-minute reservation and checked in very late at night. It was refreshing that the room was very clean and everything was in order. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom.

Everything about this hotel was great until our 4th and 5th day. Our room was Not cleaned and zero clean linens. We went to the front desk 3 times the 4th day and 2 times on the 5th day. We were told housekeeping had to clean the rooms where people had left. Guess they didn’t have time for those who were still there. The employee at the front desk on Sunday really didn’t care and reluctantly gave us linens. The next day after two trips to the front desk we put the trash and soiled linens in the hallway. Housekeeping did come an hour later and gave us fresh linens. Without this issue I would give an excellent rating. Suggestion: Appreciate your guests who stay multiple nights!

Breakfast was very limited.

Breakfast was non existent. One hour in to the time for breakfast and there were no breads/pastries, one boiled egg that was broken, no oatmeal. The honey packets by the coffee/tea area were sticky and stuck together. No napkins. Checked back 3-4 times in the next hour and nothing was replenished.

Toilet Roll Holder needs repair. Pricing? Why do I have to go on line to get a better price then over the counter price? I am usually traveling, driving and to go on line for your room is not a convenient thing. Not knowing if I will make the distance required to your Yukon site is sometimes questionable, which eliminates previous day reservations with "Hotel" Trivago" etc. Why not your best price at the counter?
