I was there only to sleep. 99% happy with the entire place. It took a long time for the watter to get hot at the sink. I had the faucet on full blast. Would definitely stay here again!!

Unfortunately, my room was not cleaned well. It looked like my bed had been slept in. The towels were wadded up instead of folded. The whole room needed a deep clean. However, the staff at the desk were very kind.

Very friendly and professional staff and very clean and comfortable room! Excellent location, surrounded by many nice restaurants and activities. Beds were extremely comfortable in the room was plenty spacious. The biggest disappointment was a lack of any sort of vending or snacks available for the late night munchies. Slim to no selection at the little store behind the front desk. But that’s a minor detail. This is an excellent hotel with exceptional staff and very clean rooms that I would highly recommend anyone wanting to stay in Oklahoma City.

So disappointing!!

Complete disappointment 💔Booked here instead of Bricktown for my son's 22nd birthday because it advertises a restaurant, bar and pool. Upon check in I confirmed there is a bar and restaurant that would be opening. The young man told me it would open at 7:30 and close at 10:30. We were so excited. We waited until 7:40, went down and it was still all closed up. I asked what time they were opening and was told the bartender didn't show up!! So no food or drinks because one person didn't show up?!?! WOW! SOOO DISAPPOINTING! 💔💔We had to go to the gas station for a six pack and door dash dinner for his birthday. What a waste of money!! Plus the air in the hallway doesn't work🙃
