I didn't like that when I checked in the clerk told me there would be a $100 hold on my card for 2 business days which I understood and was okay with but that $100 hold ended up being a $500 hold on my card!!! Not cool!

Not up to its competitors.

Lightning in room unsatisfactory. AC noisy with big temperature swings. You have to practically get out of bed to turn off the lights. Bathroom good. Staff very nice, helpful and attentive. Breakfast not as good as competition.

Pretty on the outside, but not the inside!

Pros: The gentleman that checked us in was super busy, but very friendly.
Cons: The room! and the noise!
Location: The mall, lots of restaurants and shopping.
This Hotel looks classy and new from the outside, but the inside needs work! Our carpet and curtains were stained. Not many outlets to charge electronics with, had to plug one in under night stand. The room was overwhelmed with a large outdated desk/chest of drawers that took up most of one wall. We only stayed one night & all that storage was useless. The only mirror in the room was inside a vanity door that you had to open. The noise was awful.. First thing in the morning was woken up to "stomping" in the room above us. It sounded like room service, and it was continuous back and forth for what seemed like forever! Didn't stick around for breakfast or even know if they served it, was ready to get out!

Very accommodating staff, quality room

Pros: Excellent staff
Cons: Nothing
This was the second time I have stayed at Four Points in a little over a year. Both times the staff bent over backwards to accommodate both my needs and the parties with whom I was traveling. When ever I need to travel to Oklahoma City in the future I will be staying at this Four Points Hotel. 5 stars all the way!

Unexpexted pleasure

Cons: Needs ice machine on every floor
Location: Many restaurants, bars, shopping mall, easy access to turnpike
I had lived in this area 15 years ago and thought I knew about all of the hotels in the area. I booked this hotel, not knowing much about it, but was pleasantly surprised. New, clean, modern, quiet, had very nice bathroom, microwave, fridge, beautifully decorated. Nice lobby, attentive staff. Would definitely stay there again.

Good Hotel

Pros: The Staff were excelent
Cons: Breakfast
Location: Great location with a large selection of restaurants nearby
Terrible breakfast which they actually charge you for where most hotels it would be free and better. Also for the price it would be nice if they had Robes in the room.

Pictures are deceiving.

Pros: The landscaping was attractive. It is convenient to the freeway.
Cons: More thorough housekeeping. Moderate temperature before guests check in. Additional bottled water provided in rooms (1 water per room-not enough).
From the outside, the 4 Points by Sheraton (managed by Starwood Properties) is impressive, both in architecture and landscaping. However, on-line pictures of room accomodations were deceiving. Once we were inside the room, the temperature was set at 64 degrees. Not too big a problem there, we could adjust that. However, when we left the room to leave for dinner, we discovered the automatic lock on our door was not functioning, so stopped at the front desk and walked back with the night manager to have him electronically re-set the bolt. After returning from dinner, and ready for bed, we discovered that the drain plug in the bathroom was stuck in the closed position, so any water running into the sink was going to have to stay there, until maintenance could be called to release it. Next morning, we discovered that due to the design of the handle on the shower glass door (no bathtub), it could not be fully closed from the inside, which left water to be collecting on the tile floor outside the shower. This proved a dangerous situation, since we are both senior citizens with knee and hip problems. The shower floor was also slick, so we had to put towels down inside the shower to obtain needed traction to ensure our own safety. On one of the beds, when the white top down comforter was pulled back, there were prominent mold stains on the underneath side. We were extremely disappointed in our experience. We will not stay at a Starwood managed property again.

A wonderful hotel

Pros: Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Clean lobby, elevators and hallways. Nice size swimming pool.
Cons: Other than getting a spa, nothing! This property is wonderful the way it is.
Location: There are a lot of restaurants and fast food places near the hotel. There is a shopping mall down the road. Downtown Oklahoma City is a short drive.
This hotel was beyond amazing. As soon as we arrived at the hotel to check in, we felt welcomed. We were met by two friends ladies at the front desk. The gal checking us in, double checked with me that she was pronouncing my first name correctly. Both ladies answered all the questions we had about the hotel property. Check in went extremely smoothly. Our room was ready and exactly as I had requested. There was a mini refrigerator and a microwave in the room. The bathroom was clean and there were enough towels for the two of us. The shower was pretty cool and we loved the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel dispensers built in to the shower. The rooms were not only clean, but they smelt clean too. The hotel lobby was clean and lively. There is a bar at this location, but we did not use it. The swimming pool area was clean. The pool is a pretty good size. There is not a spa, that is the only downfall about this property. There was plenty of parking on the premises. We will most definitely be staying here again. We will also make sure all of our family and friends know how great this hotel property is.
