Situated in the heart of Oklahoma City, this apartment boasts an unbeatable location just a short walk away from the prestigious Oklahoma City University. Surrounded by the vibrant energy of the 23rd Street district, Plaza and Paseo residents can easily explore a plethora of eclectic restaurants, trendy cafes, and charming boutiques right at their doorstep.
There is some construction work at the complex area! Please be patient with us as we are trying to improve it 🙏

It is safe just in front of a church. You will have ocasional homeless people walking by but that’s typical for every big city.

You access everything in the appartment while your stay. If you would like to request an early check-in, please feel free to reach out to us on the day of your arrival around 10 AM. We'll verify the status of our previous guests to ensure their departure before we can confirm your request. Additionally, please note that an early check-in or late check-out fee may apply for this option.

Once your booking is complete, we kindly request that you upload a photo of your ID through the booking portal. This measure is in place to ensure the safety of our community. Thank you for your understanding! Also, if you aren’t from Oklahoma I want to assure you that there will be a rodent or ants and other things coming into the homes at one point of your stay so please let us know and we will spray.     Eva was fantastic at communication and very helpful! The pics are exactly what the apartment looks like. This is a great place to stay while in OKC especially if you have an event at Oklahoma City University. Highly recommend!
