"Don’t expect much help from the staff. Skipped our room for cleaning, front desk staff just stared at us, made us walk back and forth before checking us in, restaurant staff just looked at us as we waited to be seated and took other people over us that walked up way after we did while we were standing at the counter after just looking at us, casino security were super difficult when trying to show our ID’s, just waved other people past while making us wait. Shame, hotel was nice and wanted to go back but will probably go to the Live next time as we enjoy the casinos and frequent Vegas yearly and we’re hoping to have something close to home only living an our away now."
