Very spacious and comfortable for couples, family and business travelers. Great location and easy walk (0.6 mile) to Tyson Street Beach. Walking distance and easy bike ride (1 mile north) to pier and downtown. Sparkling clean with new furnishing including TVs in all bedrooms with comfortable foam mattresses. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, double oven, and full washer & dryer plus sink in laundry room. Our host, Carolyn, was welcoming and her communication was excellent and prompt. We loved the layout of the house and the beds were very comfortable. Wonderful ocean views and sounds of the waves from the rooftop patio where we also enjoyed many sunsets. We enjoyed a 2 week stay and ate many meals at the house- the kitchen was stocked with more than enough cooking and serving needs along with lots of spices. We will be back :)

Beautiful home with plenty of space for us all to spread out and enjoy our vacation. We were two families of 3. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small appliances to make eating in a breeze. The location was perfect for our itnierary for the week. We were close enough to all the spots we wanted to visit while also not being in the busy parts of the area. The rooftop offered a marvelous view of the ocean and surrounding area. We will return!
