The property was nice but needs a few updates. The shower was so small I had to stand outside to bathe and get back in to rinse. Also there was no iron in the rooms and you have to pay the person at the front desk $10 to iron your clothes but that’s only if they have availability to do it for you.

The room was exceptionally clean, which was a surprise considering the value and age of the hotel. I usually stay at Hampton Inns, but since I was only staying for one night, I decided to save some money and opted for the economy room. Surprisingly, it was larger than some double rooms I’ve stayed in the past, and I was very satisfied with the accommodations. If I return to Ocean City, I’ll definitely be staying at the Wellington!
