This great condos features a master bedroom facing the ocean, and a private balcony with outdoor seating. There is a King bed in the master bedroom and two Queen beds in the second bedroom, so this condo sleeps 6 people comfortably. With central AC, free high-speed internet, washer and dryer, and 2 assigned parking spaces, this vacation rental offers both comfort and convenience. There are TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. All TVs have firesticks with apps uploaded including YouTube TV (login provided for your to use) so you can stream your favorite shows. This property is located on the fouth floor and the bulding has an elevator. Located in uptown, this oceanfront getaway offers a peaceful escape while still being a short drive to the excitement of downtown Ocean City. Also located near the Delaware line, take a fun trip to the Bethany beach/Rehoboth area. Book now and experience the best of both worlds!

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

*Comforters/blankets and pillows are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $105. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. We stayed the week after Labor Day. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and well thought out. The bed was comfortable, and we had a Keurig-which was nice. The communication with the rental agency was very responsive and access was very easy. I rate this condo a 10 out of 10.

Great area. Nice condo..updated and modern only issue was floors were not mopped in a while. We expect some sand but cleaning personnel should steam clean and or mop floors
