When checking out, please be sure to check all drawers/closets for any personal items. Shipping items back to you will incur a minimum $35 fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking (must be at least 14 days before check-in)

50% refund for cancellations 14+ days prior (outside 48-hour window)

50% refund for cancellations 7–14 days prior

Cleaning fee only refunded if canceled within 7 days of check-in
