New for 2025! This amazing and adorable 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers stunning bay views right from your private balcony. Start your mornings with a cup of coffee at the unique surfboard table on the balcony, while soaking in the peaceful bayfront scenery. The property features an outdoor pool for your enjoyment, adding to the perfect vacation vibe. The main bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, an ensuite bath, and direct access to the bayside balcony. The second and third bedrooms each have queen-sized beds for a relaxing night’s sleep, and the living room includes a queen sleep sofa for extra guests. Total sleep capacity is 8.
Please note this building does not have an elevator, stairs are necessary.
Bright, beachy decor fills the condo, creating a cheerful and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for family meals, complete with a dishwasher, microwave, blender, and coffee maker. A full-size, front-loading washer and dryer provide added convenience during your stay. After a day spent on the nearby beach soaking up the sun, unwind with a refreshing dip in the community pool. Please note the fireplace is decorative only. Property rents any 3 nights all year!

Located in a vibrant resort area, this condo offers easy access to a variety of seasonal activities, including Sundaes in the Park with live music at nearby Northside Park, world-famous crab cake restaurants , and a multitude of dining choices. You’ll also find Fisher’s Popcorn, Thrasher’s Fries, amusements, and mini-golf, just to name a few. This property rents for a minimum of three nights and features streaming TVs in every bedroom and the living room, ensuring entertainment for everyone.

Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillow cases for each bed, and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Non-smoking/Non-Vaping. No pets. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

We had a wonderful stay at this North Ocean City condo. Walking up to beautiful sunrise over the bay and view from the balcony was a highlight. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and well stocked!Beds were very comfortable. Nice area to walk and restaurant/shoppers close by. This is about a 12-15 minute walk to the beach or you can easily drive. I would definitely stay here again!

For the things I was asked to do, and the cleaning fee and then asked to clean the apartment I should get an employee discount. This place was fine if you want a roof over your head. The list of things I needed to do was insane. I had to turn on the hot water heater when I got here… so of course there was no hot water after traveling. They also want me to go turn it off when I leave. lol Being charged a cleaning fee and asked to clean is just wild. The building we stayed in was unmarked so when we called the front desk to ask for help they spoke to us like we were idiots. When their property isn’t labeled for this building. When the linen package was delivered it was thrown in the apartment. So for 100 to rent some sheets and towels I also had to put them on the beds as well. There was also a camera on the back porch facing the indoor living room and back deck, so these people can see and hear anything my kids and I were doing. Super creepy. It said it was for security reasons in the rental agreement but we are on the THIRD FLOOR who are they worried about breaking in? Spider-Man? In case yall don’t know he’s a good guy, and also not real. The building itself was just fine, definitely not worth the money we paid, the experience with the property management company was awful.
