Golf trip to OCMD

Perfect property for 10 adults on a golf trip. Ample parking, great location. Be aware, the pool house counts as a residential structure, so you cannot grill back there. We ended up grilling on the street in front of the house and it was fine

We are thankful we were able to check in early considering it was THANKSGIVING and we were cooking dinner in the place. The house is very nice but everyone in our party was slightly taken aback about the lack of cleanliness. The floorboards could use a good wipe down (scuff marks and dirt all over)...the ceiling in the bunk bed room was full of dirty handprints... there was a lot of dust built up on the vents (particularly in the bathroom)...the laminate floors were SO very filthy (socks were black)... the dresser in the bunk bed room belongs in the garbage (not a single drawer works properly and it is just completely fallen apart). Also in the bunk bed room, only 1 out of 3 lights actually worked. All of that is the main reason for 4 stars. The other biggest reason for 4 stars is the lack of kitchen supplies. It's sad that some people are destructive and ruin it for others so we would not have expected excellent quality dishes/cookware but even the dollar store sells basic cookware. The can opener did NOT work and thankfully we had brought one! We also thankfully brought several disposable foil pans for cooking. We would have had to go out and buy some if we did not come prepared!! It was tricky to cook for 6 people with the lack of cookware, I can't imagine cooking for 12 people (capacity). Such a nice house should be stocked a little better AND definitely should be cleaner! The owner was great though and we really did appreciate being able to check in early.

Great stay in OCMD!

Just returned home from a great trip to OCMD for a bachelorette party with a group of 12. Our unit was extremely clean and looked just like pictures! It worked out great for our group. Location is great also, quick walk to beach and boardwalk. Vinh was very responsive and friendly when I contacted him. Don’t hesitate to book. You won’t regret it!

Lovely home, great location

A wonderful vacation home for 3 families! Each family had their own bedroom and private bathroom (and the bunks on the 3rd floor had ample headroom with the angled ceilings). Lots of balconies with partial views of the ocean and bay. The shared space - kitchen, dining and living room - were spacious, clean and modern. And the location was very walkable to the boardwalk and beach. The community pool was very convenient. The property owner was very thoughtful with the amenities supplied and very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful property!

This property is beautiful! It fit all our needs for our party of 10. Very clean. Beds are extremely comfortable!! Excellent location with being able to walk where ever we needed to. Close to boardwalk and beach. Only thing, is wish there was more toilet paper supplied. We stayed in March(st. Patrick's day weekend) and the downstairs bedroom was very chilly. Just bring an extra blanket. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Weather in November!

It was as expected - clean, nicely decorated, good location, and easy to check in. Two possible helps for future: It states a fully stocked kitchen but if staying for a longer period of time, it would have been difficult to cook meals for a group. Additional seating in the living area would be nice with as many guests as the property can accommodate. All in all, we enjoyed our girls’ weekend away. Thank you!

Incredible Stay at Great Location

This house was clean, well setup and the perfect spot for my friend's bachelorette party. The towels and sheets arrived with ease, the garage parking was easy to access as well as the community parking. The layout was perfect for a large group of girls and it was a quick walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this house to anyone!

Bigger than the pics

This was a very nice rental. The pictures on the listing don’t fully capture how big this place is. It’s very close to the boardwalk and downtown, which made most activities walkable. The owner was very responsive and accommodating.

Spacious

From start to finish, this was a great experience. The property is a 3 level townhouse with a garage. It is fairly new, clean, and well decorated. We have allergies to cats and dogs, we had no problems in this house. I don’t think animals have ever been there. The kitchen is lovely but not equipped for cooking for a group. I hope we can stay here again. I loved the one block walk to the boardwalk, the cleanliness, space for our family of 6, and the host were very easy to work with.
