Location is extremely important for your vacation stay....head to the beach or surrounding amusements & restaurants within walking distance. Third floor Lighthouse Village Condo close to Viking Golf, Go Karts and the Shipwreck Museum. Close to Fenwick Island State Park, Harpoon Hanna's, High Stakes Bar & Grill and a short walk to the Ocean City Beach & Atlantic Ocean. Light filled living room and full kitchen - full washer and dryer in unit. Come stay with us!

Guest Access:
Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property.
