The staff was very nice but the hotel could use some updates, the hallways and elevators were hot and you could barely breathe during to how hot it was. The room temp was fine. The room was a bit dirty, the sick had hair and dirt in it. Breakfast was small but good.

The outside of the hotel doesn’t look like much, so I don’t know if I would stop if I were driving down the road looking for a place to stay. Once you get inside, though, the room was big and VERY clean. Everything within the hotel was top-notch. The staff was terrific to deal with and very friendly. There are restaurants and attractions within walking distance, so that was nice. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff was VERY friendly. Breakfast did the job but wasn't fantastic. The location was a perfect walk across the street to the beach and a perfect for walking to Seacrets and Mackey's.

We had friends of ours, husband, wife and child, stay with us the final night. It was very easy to arrange it with the front desk. They also provided us with the pillows and towels.

Since that is the room type you booked, that is the room type you received. I do apologize that there was no hot water in the sink in your room. We had two cars and they would give only one pass. We had to park on a street away from hotel. Hotel wasn’t near capacity. Continental breakfast was a bag with a muffin , apple and juice that you had to pick up at front desk only between hours of 7am and 9 am. The worst part was no maid service. They wouldn’t come in our room. You had to get clean sheets and make your own beds, dump your own garbage, and get your own towels. Not all of the employees were wearing masks.
