Designed to comfortably sleep four guests, the primary suite features a king bed and private bathroom. The spacious living area includes a queen sleeper sofa and an additional half bath located just off the main living space for added convenience. Step onto your private 6th-floor balcony and enjoy fantastic ocean and bay views — the perfect setting for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or a romantic getaway.
The 9400 Building offers everything you need for a convenient and enjoyable stay, including one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City, a fitness room, coin-operated laundry facilities, secured building entry, and one assigned parking space. Ideally located in uptown Ocean City, you're within walking distance to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, and just steps from the beach.
Your reservation includes a $65 building amenity use fee. Additional parking may be available on a first-come, first-served basis through the 9400 Building for an additional $65.
