Great spot & location!

We had a great time staying here for a longer weekend! The place is super spacious and clean. The location is also great - close to so many good spots, easy beach access and close to a bus stop if you want to head down to the boardwalk. Definitely would stay here again!

Perfect location!

We loved the location of this place! It was an easy walk to the beach and the house was so clean and nice. It is on the second floor so a lot of steps to get up there when moving things in. Our family loved it and we will be returning!

Great Moms Getaway

Annual ladies trip to OC….great property! Clean and centrally located. Beautifully decorated and spacious. Convenient to beach and dining options in town. Great communication in booking process. Would definitely stay here again!

Emily Birthday celebration

Wonderful place to stay. We had such a good time celebrating our daughter's special birthday with some friends and family. Also made short vacation so being close to the beach was perfect. Would highly recommend property. Just needs a little bit of updating with some of furniture and also if could have some cleaning supplies such as windex or bathroom cleaner.

Beautiful Home

Stayed for a long weekend with girlfriends to celebrate my 50th and this place was EVERYTHING! spacious, clean and so close to beach, coffee and nightlife. HIGHLY recommend. Bigger than it looks in the pictures!

Good location, nice place

You have a nice view between the bay and the oceanfront, uptown enough that it’s quiet but close enough to nice bayside bars and restaurants. Place was clean and comfortable. We all had a great weekend.

Overall Great Experience

We stayed here for a week in august for some good beach time. The good: -Clean -Nice Kitchen! -super close to the beach -Kitchen has the basics. But you'll need to bring coffee filters, trash bags and dish soap. -Parking is under the building so it's nice and shaded -keypad on door knobs worked with no issues, made getting in and out of the place easy! -Large outdoor deck, very nice! Things to note: -We brought queen sheets and they did not fit - Bring TWO kings, 1 King and 2 Twins -Building does not have a "sand wash off area" -the outdoor furniture looks nice but was a bit uncomfortable, you could feel the metal structure under the cushions - overall this wasn't too bad, we still used them and had a good time! -The jack and jill bathroom also has a door from the hallway - something we coudn't tell from the pictures but was nice to have. -The master bath jacuzzi had 'black stuff' around all the jets -The bathtubs are HUGE -We were able to hook up a nintendo switch to the TV.

Quick Vacation Getaway

The location is excellent for a short stay and steps away from the beach. The boardwalk isn't within walking distance if you want to be close. The condo is well-suited with some minor wear and tear. The rooms are great sizes and perfect for teenagers. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect Beach Condo!

Loved the location of the condo and we finally found a place that felt like home! So welcoming, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back next year!! Easy walk to the beach and near great restaurants - we didn’t have to travel far - we felt in our own little world in OC.

Great space and layout and close to beach!

The property was very large and spacious and was very close to most things you’d need. You can walk to many stores and restaurants. The property manager was also very responsive. Only complaint is that we wish the bathrooms were a bit tidier. Overall, great stay!

Family-friendly and perfect location

We took a chance on this listing since there was no reviews when we booked it. I'm so glad we did! The location is wonderful—a quiet, family-friendly street with ample parking (including two private spaces under the building...in OCMD, that is a huge bonus!). The house is less than a block to the beach and surprisingly spacious inside. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment/utensils, and there were plenty of extra pillows, blankets, etc for sleeping. We loved that the master bedroom was attached to the balcony, which meant us adults could sneak out for coffee on the deck while the kids slept in. The place was clean but not spotless—on par with other beach rentals we've used. Since we don't spend a ton of time indoors on a beach vacation, it's not a dealbreaker. The only negative I can point out is the noise at night (which I know the owners have no control over). Since the master bedroom is near the stairs, you can hear the other renters walking up and down the stairs, opening/closing their doors, etc. If you're a light sleeper, bring a fan or noise machine, and it will easily mask the sound. Overall, an excellent experience, and we will definitely be back!

Great location- perfect for our needs

The location was the first for us. We definitely wanted to be in mid-town. The beds were super comfortable- the only thing was the listing said that it has a full bed- which is actually a king. The rental agreement does say this, but the actual listing does not. The kitchen was fully stocked with most of the amenities one could need. I liked the separate bar glass credenza. Parking was easy for us under the unit. The stairs were plenty- We enjoyed the evenings passed on the balcony. We look forward to coming back next year!
