****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

This beautiful 2 BR 2 BA unit with Bay views. There are nicely painted walls throughout, with warm color tones that are reminiscent of a high-end hotel. There are tasteful furnishings in the living room, dining area and both bedrooms, including a TV in the living room and a wonderful sleeper sofa couch with a memory foam mattress. The owner has also done an excellent job of tastefully decorating the unit throughout. There is a washer/dryer in the unit along with Wi-Fi. Last, but not least are those relaxing bay views that will be waiting for you at the end of your fun filled day!

The Makai is known for its many great amenities such as the indoor pool, sauna, billiards room and gym. The Makai is conveniently located to the beach (1.5 blocks), Convention center (2 blocks) and Seacrets (3 blocks). You are also strategically located to enjoy numerous restaurants, the world-famous boardwalk, Jolly Roger's Amusement Park, miniature golf, jet skis and much more!

* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator.
* Two uncovered parking spots are provided. Trailers allowed during special events with prior registration. Only trailers that fit in one parking space permitted on the Makai parking lot.
* The indoor pool, billiards room and sauna are open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 43rd street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

great place to stay for New Yrs Eve

Just the right size for 2 to 4 guests. The beachy decorations were very nice. and it was so quiet!! The process for the codes was very easy. Close to everything! Would absolutely stay there again. I think the only problem was the small glass table for 2. I kept running into it. I would replace it with a metal one or wooden one.

Great Location/Wonderful Property Manager

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We had a few issues with broken items (lamp, coffee pot), but the property manager was amazing and super-responsive. The location was nice… close to the beach and restaurants and a nice view of the bay. I would highly recommend this place!

Great Condo

The apartment was cozy but nice. Having towels and linens and everything included was and I bonus. There was great communication from management, and the building was nice. Be mindful that the outdoor pool is not included in the rental. The property offers an indoor pool with garage doors open from 10-4.

We had a great stay! Was a little disappointed when we found out the pool that our room over looked was not ours!! One reason we booked is my kids are not a fan of indoor pools since they had both recieved chemical burns from a different place so we always look for out door!! Otherwise was a nice clean place! Mainly on such short notice!

Had a great stay at this property. Beds very comfortable and response from property management excellent and fast. Loved not having to dig for keys to the place. Great view and great location close to everything. The only thing that could have been better was the pool area. The outside doors closed at 4 so only indoor after that time but it was fine. Would stay again.

Clean midtown OC

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the unit. There were very few things wrong and were incredibly minor (missing light bulb for a reading lamp and a loose door handle on 2nd door to balcony. Based on the reviews we brought plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and kcups, and even with a 4 day stay we didn't end up needing them but we did so much out in OC we were mostly only at the unit at night. The location was perfect and worked out nicely being so close to everything. I wish the unit had a true outdoor pool but we had friends at the Hilton and we swam there when we were done with sand. All in all we absolutely loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate at all booking here again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Great location, beautiful balcony views. My only issue was finding out that the pool in the photograph is actually the next door hotel pool and not part of this building. Other than that everything was as expected

Great for Family Vacation

We are a family of four with two young kids (10 and 6). School ended and we decided to take the kids on a fun trip to the beach. The location was convenient. The beach is a few minutes across the street and the boardwalk and other entertainment locations were also a short drive away. I would book this unit again.
