It does have a shuttle to/from the echigo-yuzawa station but their hours are limited. The last pickup is 5:30pm if you miss that you will need to hire a taxi (expensive), take a bus (also limited hours) , take the local train to the iwapara station and then a 4 min walk to the hotel (the train is about 1 per hour) or you can walk to the hotel (about 45min)"
