Excellent Service

We stay at this hotel 6-8x a year and have always had a great experience. Drew at the front desk is so friendly and always takes such good care of us. My only complaint is the changes made to the breakfast. They no longer have sausage, eggs, bagels, etc. The breakfast was a huge reason we loved staying here, so the changes have been disappointing. The only hot item offered are waffles. Otherwise, it’s clean and a good location.

The hotel is run down, sink in bathroom had no water pressure, room had a nasty smell, kept hearing voices to find out my window was open, I felt like Wyndham through their name on a Days Inn but did nothing to it. Not worth the price at all. The two staff members I dealt with were excellent.

I could write a book about this dump. Broken things, ice maker,in room coffee pot, electrical issues, in room as in breakfast hub. Also hot tub and pool area. The door to take your pets out,to use the dog area broken,awaiting parts. That was told to people, trying to get to get back in. This in top of the personal running this place, maybe a drug test needed. Years ago i stay in this place without any issues, but now you can tell the its a slum lord property.

Breakfast was minimal. Dennys within walking distance . Outdoor Hot tub was nice /pool is not heated. Upon arrival found out the ice machine was broke and it was the only one they had. So not pleased that I couldn’t get ice. Room was clean except for carpeting. Beds very comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The hot tub was great. Unfortunately our shower stopped working midway through and the hotel told us it was a problem throughout all the rooms. It would’ve been better if they told us proactively because we spent a long time trying to finish our showers using drops of water from the shower. The ice machines were also both broken
