The water in our shower never got warmer than lukewarm. There were a few ants in the bathroom floor. There was a person in the lobby when we checked in at 10pm listening to loud music and smoking cigarettes..inside the lobby when it is posted it’s a non smoking facility. The carpet in the hallway was full of crumbs on the way to our room. When we left at 650am, the front desk rep was in a chair with a blanket over her sleeping so we left our key on the counter in front of her.

We ask to change to one day earlier and they refused, this was back in February, the day after we made the reservation. So we had to stay elsewhere for the 4th of October and we drove home on the 5th.

There were dead plants in the lobby. Outside doors blocked open all night. There was no food left for breakfast by 8:30 on Sat, Sun and Mon mornings. My key to my door would not work and had to be reset by the front desk every time I tried to use it. There was mold around the tub in the bathroom. There was no light above the mirror in the little room next to the bathroom. The floor lamp did not work. Water leaking from the refrigerator running across the floor. I have pictures of all of this. Please do some general maintenance if you want to raise your star rating!

Nothing on the property looked like the online images.dirty dirty . The carpet had at least a decade of dirt and grime. The room was livable but only so. Pool was green. Breakfast was lacking with waffle machines that did not work well. The only two drink machines were both not working. I had to leave after the first of my 3 night reservation. Will not recommend.

I am not even sure where to begin, unfortunately I have nothing good to say, if I could give no stars I would! I read the reviews on Expedia and they must be incorrect, DON’T STAY HERE! The staff was fine they didn’t say much, the room was disgusting, especially the bathroom, I don’t know if they even clean, the bathroom door had all kinds of stuff on it as well as all the walls. The first room they put us in smelled of cigarettes, smelled as soon as I opened the door! Also this place must rent by the month, many unsavory people! I will pay alittle more from now on!!

The room was average and generally fine for a short stay. The bathroom could use some attention; the towels and walls were messy upon arrival and the bathtub felt a bit outdated. I’ve been staying on this hotel almost every year for the last 7 years and I can’t believe the condition of this hotel during my last stay. It’s terrible. The carpet in the stairs and hallway is very dirty. There’s trash everywhere in the property. I will not stay in this hotel again.

I try to give honest reviews with information other families would need to know. Positives: Location is very convenient; there is a gas station near, and one exit down on the interstate are stores and restaurants. The front desk clerk was very nice. Our room was a double queen suite, with a loveseat pullout twin bed; there also is an additional small couch. The sink area is separate from the toilet and bath area. The trash cans had liners. The shower had a removable wand sprayer. The suite is HUGE. Breakfast waffles have 2 flavors, original and chocolate. They might have had biscuits and gravy too, but it was gone at 9:30 when we got there. There was cereal and little bit of milk that we finished, juice, and coffee. The beds are comfortable. We've stayed here twice in the past, and came back because of the large room space and pullout twin bed for our family of 5. The AC worked great. Negatives: It's the dirtiest hotel I've ever seen. All the floors are absolutely filthy (hall, stairwells, rooms). The room we reserved was non-smoking, but smelled strongly of smoke (the lady at the front gave me some room deodorizing spray upon arrival to help, so we appreciate that). There was an elderly woman attempting to clean rooms when we left. Due to the increasingly dirty conditions, we won't be back. It's a shame, because we really liked the double queen suite layout.

There are no secure doors to enter in the back of the building. No key card access, just a handle and broken locks. Anyone can enter and no cameras. Very dirty and run down. No elevators!! Thin walls and gaps at doors, I heard people walking down corridor and the entire conversation of family next door.
