"This was my first time staying at an Embassy Suites hotel, and I had a wonderful experience!
The customer service at the front desk was excellent. We received a warm welcome, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and very responsive throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized.
We also really enjoyed the breakfast. There was a nice variety of food, with plenty of nutritious options to choose from. The kitchen staff were especially helpful, attentive, and went the extra mile to make sure the guests were well taken care of. We truly appreciated their excellent service.
We did have a small issue when we were unable to open our room door. After we contacted the front desk, someone was sent to our room right away to assist us, which we really appreciated.
We also arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time, but the front desk staff were kind enough to find an available room and allow us to check in early. That was especially appreciated after traveling.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and were impressed by the hospitality and excellent service. I would definitely recommend Embassy Suites by Hilton Portland Airport to anyone looking for comfortable accommodations near the airport or while traveling in the Portland area."
