NO handicapped access from surface parking lot, very bad. I was a solo traveler so I couldn't unload luggage at front door and also park my car around the back of the building. I had to park my car first and then load my luggage onto my ROLLATOR and roll myself up and around the building to the front entrance because the only door from the parking lot has steps to the door and then a long staircase to the lobby.

A problem with my arrival was graciously attended to and fixed amazingly. Rooms were cleaned daily and every staff member I saw had a smile and a greeting. Great conference facility. Easy to get from room to the venue as well as on and off site dining. The coffee shop was closed during the conference and that would have bern helpful to go to before & in between sessions. The M lounge was not able to keep up with snack options which frustrated some conference participants. Very friendly & accommodating staff! Great property.
