The housekeeping service was inadequate and below acceptable standards. Guests are required to request room cleaning at least 24 hours in advance if they want their room serviced, which is inconvenient.
After taking a shower during my stay, I noticed mildew in the shower area, which indicates the bathroom had not been properly deep cleaned before the room was assigned. This raised concerns about how thoroughly the room had been cleaned prior to my arrival.
After staying for three days, I requested housekeeping. When I returned later that evening, my room was in the same condition as when I left—dirty bathroom towels were still on the floor, and the bed had not been made.
I was then moved to another room; however, that room was also unsatisfactory. Food was visibly lying on the floor underneath the sleeper sofa and could be seen immediately upon entering the room. There was also hair in the bathroom near the soap dispenser, further suggesting the room had not been properly cleaned.
Additionally, garbage was left overflowing in the hallway near the elevators for more than 24 hours, which is extremely unsanitary and creates a health concern by attracting insects and rodents.
I do want to note that the front desk staff were polite and professional throughout my stay.
