"This hotel is perfectly located for events at the football and baseball stadium hands down and they offer parking for $27 which is a bargain with it being within a few blocks of the stadiums. With that said, it gets a lot of wear and tear from fans and there are some interesting characters in the area. I read lot's of bad reviews but our stay was just fine. Rooms (we booked 2) were clean and in good condition. HVAC was a little weird but we worked it out. Luke warm water upon arrival (saw this complaint in reviews as well but I am pretty sure the system can't keep up during peak usage) but we had hot water the next morning early for showers. Not sure what the issue is but it seems reoccurring. Front desk staff attended to us no problems. Not top tier but no complaints and they were juggling a lot after the NFL game ended and loads of guests were checking-in, including me. I would definitely stay again but just know that it is not a Marriott Bon Voy premium property."
