The location is kind of funky. Its away from town on the point of the bay but getting into it you go through the UHaul yard. There is no view of the water as there is a big berm of wild berry bushes. The walking path is nice for a quick stroll. There are no restaurants within walking distance. Can walk to the trolley but it only runs until 4-5 p.m. if it isn't raining. They only service room if given 24 hour notice. Hot breakfast is ok, but same everyday.

Upon arrival staff was friendly and pleasant to interact with, check in was quick and effortless. The room was beautiful and pristine with a lovely view of the mouth of the Columbia river. The complimentary chowder was a pleasant surprise and delicious. The pool and hottub were incredible; both were a comfortablably appropriate temperature and purified with saline instead of chlorine. The breakfast choices offered a variety of options including dairy-free. We will definitely be visiting again in the future.

I was very impressed with the customer service at the Lloyd Hotel. My partner and I were taking a few days of vacation to celebrate some milestones, and were looking for somewhere clean, comfy, and relatively affordable, somewhere near both the Columbia River and the ocean. This was it. Room was very clean, bed was soft, and the bathtub was more than adequate. The included breakfast was above average for a hotel, and the complimentary salmon chowder and fresh baked cookies were a surprising but very welcome bonus. Book early to get a good price, but definitely stay here if you're looking to explore Astoria for a few days or more.

A nice place for a weekend getaway. Within a budget for those who has to work in order to pay bills and have a chance to break daily routine. Staff is super attentive and helpful. Breakfast and clam chowder in the evening is a huge plus. Great dining is close and for every taste and wallet.

We had a room with a fireplace and jacuzzi. Everything was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the robes super soft. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had hot options like eggs, potatoes, sausage and oatmeal. Lots of other food options as well. Nice location along the river walk. Would stay again.

How is it an ambulance can pick up one of your clients and no one comes to inquire if they need new lemons, or bed made or any help. When we returned, we asked twice once by me at the other by my son for room service. The following morning we asked for room service. It wasn’t until 4 o’clock in the afternoon that day that we saw service. Three times, twice in evening once the next morning.

The bed was super comfy, pillows nice. No noise from the road but above us was a herd of elephants or so it seemed. I am pretty sure they were just walking around but it sounded as stomping.
