Always a good time to come here to break up the long winters up here... on a weekend or just when the kids are on their winter school recess.. great place to come even if only for the day if your a local... I'm fortunate to live not far myself.. rooms are clean and neat that's enough for me...

Loud music at the pool area, 2 big slides are either malfunctioning or closed. Only a few pontoons for the lazy river. Whole parking lot is not snow plowed.

Check-in was awesome !! I forgot her name, she was wonderful, great attitude for a night checkin. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. This Waterpark will always be my favorite. Love that we can use the waterpark after check out.

During our stay, we went to the waterpark and at two different days they had absolutely no clean towels to provide us, we had young kids and were freezing. I also asked to get clean shower towels to be sent to my room and that was never done. We stayed 4 days 3 nights with the same dirty towels that we showers with and used at the waterpark because of the lack of towels everywhere in the hotel… it was disgustingly disappointing
