Worst front desk experience I’ve ever had. Didn’t have our room that I booked with zero apology. Said if I didn’t like it, I could leave. When I took exception to this request, I was told I could leave. At no time did I use profanity or rough talk. I did raise my voice when I was told I could leave. I was then told to leave or the sheriff would be called. Obscene behavior.

The hotel was clean. The hotel suite was spacious witb 2 queen beds and a living room. There were alot of breakfast options. I was also booked for two nights and with the bad weather approaching, i wanted to stay another night. Fred at the hotel was very helpful with booking another night for me. Overall, this was a very nice hotel. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Pool was cold. Breakfast was bad. Area around hotel sidewalks and parking lot were a sheet of ice. Manager stated they did not have any ice melt or salt.

The suite was just what we needed. We had other guests staying at the hotel but we used our room as a common area for entertaining. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool but we did use the hot tub. We always stay here. We love this place. I gotta tell you this was our best stay the room was amazing

It was my sister’s birthday, and we stayed at this hotel with family. The place was clean, the breakfast was great, and the staff was fantastic—especially Stephanie, who was amazing and super helpful. We absolutely loved the fire pit and enjoyed it a lot. The snow tubing and indoor water park at Hurricane Great Wolf Lodge were fantastic, and the nearby stores were convenient. Everything was wonderful! There was a lot of snow, but the hotel thoughtfully provided shovels for guests to clear their cars and safely drive out
