ALL elevators are in use for renovations. There should have been ONE dedicated service elevator for contractors. Everyone from housekeeping to service guys to contractors were fighting for elevators. Took a LONG time to catch one for guests. Service in restaurant was very slow!!!

This facility is extremely misleading from what is seen on the website. We didn't even stay here because of how filthy the hotel was and the extreme smell of mamajuana. I am requesting a complete refund and would recommend to Expedia to review this hotel for future visitors
