Newly renovated eco-friendly home, with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
This property offers stunning views of Lake Erie. This spacious accommodation comfortably hosts 6 adults, featuring king and queen-sized beds with modern amenities.
Step outside to a park-like backyard, where you can enjoy panoramic lake views, a private stone and sand beach, and a charming gazebo. Start your mornings with coffee on the gazebo or unwind with a glass of wine at the picnic table as you watch the sunset.

Three Bedrooms:
Lake view primary bedroom with a king-sized bed. (second floor)
Lake view bedroom with a queen-sized bed. (second floor)
Vineyard view bedroom with a queen-sized bed. (second floor)

Bathrooms:
Full bathroom with double-bowl vanity, shower, and toilet. (first floor)

Child Specific Notes:

Guest access:
This is an entire home, situated on an acre of waterfront land, with a private stone and sand beach. There are steep, removable beach stairs that should NOT be utilized by anyone with mobility issues (please review all images).
Direct beach access is available from May through October. Due to unpredictable weather, our beach stairs are removed after October. From November through April, the beach can be reached using the community access, just a short walk from the property.

Amazing vacation rental on Lake Erie

Everything about this house was perfect for us. It’s clean, spacious and well-organized. The owner has it stocked with amenities like a high-end hotel. The owner also clearly and quickly communicated everything we needed to know and promptly responded to questions. We had zero complaints and look forward to staying here again!

The house was just perfect, well appointed, clean and simply beautiful! The yard and gazebo were lovely and the view is magnificent. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great House; Fun Games

We really enjoyed the stay. The house and the kitchen were nicely laid out. We ran the gamut of relaxing in the gazebo and at the beach to active pop-a-shot tournaments in the arcade.
