Although new it is very clear the staff have been exceedingly well trained, every one was friendly and helpful. It is clear that it is a hotel targeted for business travellers who need somewhere to stay between meetings, meaning the rooms are functional if a little compact. However we stayed as a family visiting Nantes and the location is excellent for that. Minutes walk to the old city with a huge number of restaurants and castle which is certainly worth a visit. I would thoroughly recommend."
