It was conveniently located walking distance from Niagara Falls. The building is old, hallway carpet needs a rug doctor with all the stains and the room had a weird stench. Sheets were clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were really nice. You pay extra for parking.

PERFECT location to get to the Falls or the Rainbow Bridge. 7 minute walk across the street. Skyline view from the room was GREAT. Breakfast was weak. Pancakes and donuts. Overall, nice experience!
