The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the hotel staff were very friendly, the hotel was a little outdated (hence the reno), best of all, pet friendly...nice grass areas in the front of the hotel for pets. I would stay here again. I would have liked complimentary coffee in the lobby, I'm not sure why the local hotels don't do this. The coffee in the room is not sufficient for 2 guests plus no creamer, etc. I spent more on coffee at the local Starbucks than necessary!

I paid extra for a room with a view of the fall,, but the exterior of the windows were so dirty that it wasn't a pleasant experience looking through them at all.also the heating system was so noisy that my wife had trouble sleeping because the noise was so disturbing.

Staff was kind, helpful and courteous. The room was clean and the view was amazing! My only complaint is that there was a large dent/hole in the middle of our mattress which was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. Luckily we had a King sized mattress so I could avoid it as much as possible.
