I couldn’t make it because I couldn’t cross the border to Canada since I didn’t have a Covid test. Still I got charged for the room.

Every staff person was very friendly and helpful. The room had an AWESOME view of the falls and was clean. Beds were great.

The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. Even though I couldn't see the falls from my room, the hotel location was just a short walk to get to Niagara Parkway and the falls.

The partial view of Niagara Falls was awesome. The room was dated, and trying to get bottled water as a reward member was a pain. The bathroom tub jets were inoperative. However, the location is great. I wish the hotel wasn’t out of wego passes and kept sending us across the street to the Marriott. We’d probably stay there again.
