We had a fantastic experience at the Niagara Fallsview Hotel and Suites during our recent stay. After our first visit in the winter season, we returned this summer and were even more impressed! In winter, the hotel's location was convenient, close to all the attractions and amenities. But in summer, the walkability to so many of the main attractions really elevated our experience. We were able to explore and enjoy the area at our own pace without needing to drive. The hotel staff went above and beyond to be welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The room, the hotel itself, and the pool were all in excellent condition. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and we noticed the updates to the washrooms—they were modern, clean, and well-maintained. One of the most impressive aspects was that the hotel is pet-friendly, but there was absolutely no smell or indication that pets had been there, which is always a concern with pet-friendly accommodations. All in all, it was a great visit and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Niagara Falls!

The hotel is newly renovated, nestled between turtle jacks and outback steak house. The facilities themselves are lovely. Pool is up and running, staff are very friendly & knowledgeable. We travel with our dog and they were very accommodating, like it is standard practice. Signed a waiver form and paid the fees. The room itself is clean, fresh & well appointed. Shower is a walk in stand up, no tub. Draw backs: the parking lot appears to be shared with outback steak house and turtle jacks. So it is cramped. We had to parking down the street & down hill to the auxiliary parking. There is a TGIFridays, STK house & other restaurants in super close proximity.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff (including parking and housekeeping). I will admit that I was a bit disappointed that there is not actually a bar on site. We had to walk a few blocks to find one that was open late. The pool is 3 feet and the hot tub connects into the pool, which we found a bit strange. We were also not thrilled that the ATM on site charges predatory fees worse than other machines we were lucky to find in the area. These were all small issues and only areas for improvement or perhaps remedied with more specific information online. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.
