Almost everything was great. There were two small items that needed attention, a slow tub drain and an odor in the air ventilation. The view from the room was amazing, however, the windows were not ideal as there were water drop ditrt covering them. We received a letter saying the hotel was a dressing the dirty windows starting this week. It is a good hotel.

Room was clean and the bedding was comfortable. The view was amazing but wipers on the windows would be a good idea when the mist from the falls makes it tough to see! Breakfast was delish the buffet was excellent! The only negative thing was checking in- the front of the building was not large enough to accommodate the traffic checking in. Self-Parking is $45. Wifi is not included which I'm not accustomed to paying. The concierge was helpful and staff was friendly.

Okay, I never give reviews but I feel I must say something,,,the motel itself has fantastic views,,,the staff was very helpful,,,,,but. The cleaning stall is not what I would have expected,,,,Black mold in the bathroom,,,containers in the shower were empty,,came to Shante the sheets and forgot to put a top sheet on the bed,,,when I called they gave me a plastic bag with a sheet in it,,,but it was for a smaller bed not a king size. TV picture was almost unfortunately in watchable because the tv is worn out…and the cost of parking was unreal…I rented a Mercedes for a week and that was cheaper than the parking charges,,,,so sad

Clean and convenient but needs updating

The hotel was very convenient and the view was outstanding to see the falls. We had a hard time getting the room cold and had someone come to change the filter and bring us a fan. The rooms and hotel need to be updated as well. Overall our stay was fine since it was clean, convenient and a wonderful view.

We stayed for two nights and we enjoyed every moment. The view to Niagara Falls was breath taking. Breakfast buffet was fresh and plenty of food to choose from. We will be definitely coming back.

I'll start with the good things about this hotel. The room view of the falls, convenient restraunts/bars and the bellhops/cleaning crew were above Marriott standards. Everything else we were very disappointed in, as this is a Marriott property and we know the Marriott standard. When we arrived the lobby was hot and they needed more staff to check you in it took over 30 minutes. We were next in line to check in and a staff member just left. Hotel room had something splashed on the window ledge and there were no wash cloths.
