I booked this hotel because of the amenities. Bar/restaurant. When we arrived we were informed that the restaurant/ bar were not open because the staff did not show up. To say we were not happy is an understatement. We traveled hundreds of miles and were tired and did not want to leave the premise. Our shower doors would not stay shut. Next time I'm looking to book a hotel, Hilton Garden's will not be on my list.

Great place for a stay!

This was a trip with my Sun Conure for an emergency vet visit, I would also be remote working while there. The room was very clean and well set up for my purposes. The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to be accommodating. They also all made such a fuss over Miss Charlie, often asking to take pics. We loved it! There is lots of food and shopping options in the area, a lot are even walkable. You will not regret booking here!

When we arrived in our room the guests in the room beside ours were unbearably noisy. We called the front desk about it twice, but the noise didn't let up, so we went down to the front desk to tell them in person that the noise level hadn't changed, and we were graciously offered another room. The rest of our night was quiet.

Location is great and honestly I’m being a bit neat picking on the four star. The reason was the window shade clearly needed repair. Hopefully, they’re working on it otherwise it’s a nice hotel.

Everything was wonderful except the elevator situation. I had multiple items I needed to take to the 4th floor. Went down to the garage since I was doing this alone. But the multiple people that were ahead of me said they were waiting for 15 minutes since one elevator was not working. I had to load up and drive back up to the lobby. unload my stuff in a corner. then go and try to find parking which there wasn’t any and hoping nobody would take my luggage and favor supplies while I was parking which was a nightmare. Then to go into hotel to wait again for elevators that were full of people and wait again.
