Really great experience! Easy check in, friendly, grabbed a cookie and some chips, got our room code (no annoying keys to manage!) then immediately checked out the GORGEOUS beach, directly off our semi-private deck. Perfect place to unwind. Amazing shower, fireplace, the breakfast—WOW—delivered to our door in a basket and carafe! Delicious and fresh. We’ll be back.

Hot water not working on kitchen sink Overall building maintenance is lagging and showing a rundown appearance third floor glass on railings, not cleaned, allowing for a better view of beach. Overall, the staff was very limited in doing their best.

A quick overnight stay with my sister and elderly mother. We stayed in one of the cottages. Price was right for off season. Parking was a little walk, not bad. The pathway to the cottage was difficult for my mother to navigate with a walker: sand, glass pebbles, patio steps. The smell of the cleaning supplies was pleasant but quite overwhelming, we had to air the cottage as it gave us all an immediate headache. Once aired it was fine. Bring your own food/drinks off season, as nothing but a little convenient store was open at 5pm and food items there were expensive!

Really enjoyed our stay at Blue Inn. High quality accommodations in all respects. Right on beautiful beach. The staff was always available and helpful. Newberryport town a delight with walkable marina and many unusual shops and restaurants in a tranquil friendly atmosphere. Summer weather in the 70’s as hoped👍

We stayed in the Lark Suite. The room was spacious and had 180 degree breath taking views of the Atlantic Ocean. I would highly recommend staying in this particular room.
