I booked on travelocity from December 30 to January 6th. The rooms are filthy. Roaches everywhere. I didn't see bedbugs. I paid seven days but only stayed half a night. The beds, walls, side tables, and floor had a green powder film on them. The floors had a pile of a green powder, and a white sheet with green powder on it that was on the floor wadded up. They had workers sanding the outside part of the doors, so I assume it was powder from the paint. I tried to get my room changed. I was told the room was "as is." After staying in it a could of hours, I was sick, congested and had to leave. The green just was everywhere. The workers who were sanding the outside part of the green painted doors stopped me as I was entering and told me that insuites should not be booking those rooms on that side. He spoke Spanish and was very concerned. I have their numbers. He was worried about the paint powder. I was told there was no cleaning person nor a refund. I'm hoping I can upload pictures after this typed review.

I was never checked in upon my arrival I was notified by the front desk that no rooms were available due to damage I receive no email ahead of time I wasted my time driving over there if they would have given me an Email I could have prepared instead of wasting the drive

We arrived and were advised the reservation was cancelled. After 10 minutes, were advised they could give us their "show" room which was a single bed, not two beds as requested. I had paid for travel insurance. I request a refund.

Cons: room apperance floor had scratches bed spread had stain,
staff was great but room could have been better location ok

Pros: Location

Third world motel in a good location

Pros: Free parking
Cons: Bulldozer would help.
Location: Minutes from the French Quarter.
The motel has a kitchenette that is bare. No coffeemaker provided. Towel service is only provided in initial check-in. The bathroom sink did not work. I could not even get a drop of water out of the faucets. The room smelled awful. Had I not arrived too late to speak to management and in a major party mode, I would have definitely left asap. Thus, I endured the very bad experience but will never stay in that place again.

My stay at the sun suite

My stay was wonderful and it felt like home special thanks to jasmine and riveria who was always nice and the other were nice to thanks guys.i recommend the sun suite to everyone

The people who worked there were very courteous. More so then I am used to at even more expensive hotels. What a pleasure. I will stay there again.

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
I loved the proximity to the city. This place is easy to get in and out of. The staff was smiling and kind. I will definitly stay there again.
