This hotel was dirty, smelled awful and receptionist was rude. I changed rooms twice and the situation only got worse. The bellmen Eric was the only positive part of this establishment.

Very clean and spacious room. Excellent location. Its in the middle of the action. If you drive, you have to park right in front of the hotel door on a very crowded and busy street then wait for the valet driver to give you your ticket.

One wired thing was that the AC controller in the room didn't work and we spend chill time in the first night. The receptionist said next morning we had to claim an AC change to heat the room from cooling, coming by the reception, with someone AC changer handling with it getting into the room. It got comfortable stays after it adjusted, but it'd be better stays they should have told us about it at first when check-in.
