When we checked in the staff was not friendly at all. Our room was ok. The thermostat did not work at all. Dinner at the restaurant was by far the best service. The ladies are a hoot. Probably wont stay there again.

Room was fine. Service fine. Our complaint was with access to convenience items in the building. Attended a weeknight concert. Got back to hotel after 10 pm. No vending, no self access to bottled water, soda, snacks. No mini market with snacks, beverages or toiletries. FYI, 'after hours coffee shop' translates to the desk agent grabbing bottled water and NOTHING else from coffee shop. My advice, bring your own, because that's convenient when traveling, right?

The staff was very nice and the hotel was clean...however for a dog friendly hotel there was NO area for them to go to the bathroom and we were on the 15th floor. Our heat was stuck at 83/84 degrees. We had someone come up and look at it and was told that is how it will be because its all one heating unit...he opened the bottom of the windows but it was miserable. There was also mold in the closet. It was definitely a shame because its a beautiful place and like I said the staff was very nice...just a few things that are overlooked.

Room was freezing when we entered and even after increasing the temperature, it still felt cold. The blackout curtains do not close and were tangled up. We requested maintenance to come up to fix this and we don’t even think they came up to fix this and now it is too late in the night to have it adjusted. Now we have NO privacy during the night and other people can see into our room. Also, after showering, the fire alarm randomly went off due to the steam, which was frightening. We will not stay here again.
