breakfast was a joke. hotel too noisy, phone not working, table lamp bulb was broken Front desk was rude, hang up when we were talking to him about the things are not working

The sink was leaking. The rug under and near it was totally soaked. We had to change rooms, but had to wait until the next day when a room became available.

This hotel was so horrible that we left shortly after checking in and went to another hotel. The shower didn't work. We found food crumbs and sticky spots on the bedside table. We also want our money back.

I have stayed in motels before that were decent and I understand that you get what you pay for, but this motel is disgusting and was not fit for a one night stay. The hallway where my room was located smelled like urine as if someone had just peed in the hallway. The whole lobby smelled of smoke. There were sticky patches on the carpet and stains on the sheets and when I turned the AC unit on a bunch of dirt/debris kept coming out that it covered the desk in the room. The towels were cheap and although I was not looking for luxury or I would have stayed at a nicer hotel, I still expected decent conditions for an overnight stay while traveling for work. The other guests or people who were hanging out in the parking lot were very suspect and I really felt like I was staying at a crack house.

AC do not work, they give us another room and smell cigarette smoke, cleaning was ok ,check out nobody at the counter
