The space
This large 2 story home includes everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay away from home. Downstairs holds an office and full guest bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, spacious dining and living rooms, and laundry room with full washer and dryer, along with huge master suite complete with king-sized bed and walk-in shower. Upstairs, you'll find the second master suite and two other bedrooms with shared fourth bathroom, as well as a comfortable family room to kick back and read a book, watch tv, or play a game with family. The large fenced in backyard includes a covered patio area with children's playground, patio set and BBQ grill.

Guest access
All portions of the living space including 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, office, laundry room, kitchen, dining and living rooms, and upstairs family room are accessible to guests. Full backyard excluding locked storage shed are available for leisure activities, as well as a community pool 2 blocks away. Parking for up to 4 vehicles is available on large driveway in front of home. No access to garage is available.

Great Vacation! Schone Ferien!

We (2 parents and 6 children) were here for 13 days and we very comfortable in this beautiful house with lots of room (much more space than we are used to in Europe). Everything worked perfectly, nothing to complain about. The community pool is only for the neighborhood and was very nice. We had lots of contact with the neighbors who were all very nice. Everything was exactly as indicated. Thank you, dear C., for the time in this beautiful house. Kind Regards, Your German Family

New Home Away From Home

Where to begin? Just 10 minutes from I-35 and very easy to get to the house and easy access to everything New Braunfels and only 30 minutes to San Antonio. Lovely, quiet, safe neighborhood. Everything worked! Everything was very clean! We were there during extreme hot spell (105+ heat index) and A/C had no problems keeping house cool. But too hot to safely be in sun so we never got to use community pool which is 1 block away. And we're just a bit too big to play on the great kids swing set/slide/house in the back yard - it did look fun. Well supplied with necessities - tp, hand soap, towels, laundry supplies, kitchen supplies, even hair dryers! Yes, you want to stay here.
