The hotel looked a little unkempt from the outside windows. I found out this is simply because there are no blinds to give a uniform appearance from outside. Everything was excellent considering the price point. The staff was courteous. The room was clean. Breakfast was adequate. We had no issues. We would visit this hotel again.

Good value, but service needs improvement.

The hotel itself was comfortable and clean enough. I appreciated that the manager seemed concerned for our safety as to where we parked. However, there was never anyone manning the front desk when I was there and ringing the bell usually did nothing to summon anyone. When I checked out, there were a couple small problems with the room that I wanted to mention; but I wasn't willing to wait around to speak to anyone.

Check in was bad. Hotels.com did not book my reservation. I paid Hotels.com $162.+ Now the hotel appears to have charged me as well. Another $129.76. What's going on???????

Very satisfied

I would give 5 stars but on one thing put a 4 because our room smelled musty. Not sure how that can be justified but thought you’d like to know. Otherwise a perfect stay for what we needed
