It was difficult for me since the QR code was not in English and ai had problems using this format. We didn't try the onsen , but decided on getting a room with an outdoor hot tub. Also when we were leaving, I sent the luggage by QR code only with the help of the reception staff. It should make things easier, but I beg to differ. This hotel has become a little too popular, more people than I would like. The food at the buffet remains the same. Nothing spectacular. "
