I was treated extremely well by all the staff. They were incredibly accommodating to me to make my stay great. They honoured a late check out which was very convenient for me to plan my day. The staff in the restaurant also took the time to get to know me and make me feel very welcome. The hotel is well situated for the beach and for other needs. I would definitely stay here again.

Gostamos do quarto, ateneu nossa solicitação de camas, vista do quarto muito boa. Hotel antigo precisandi de muita reforma. No hotel tem um restaurante na cobertura que atende ao público externo, os hóspedes e publico externo entravam pela mesma porta no hotel e ninguem sabia quem era hodpede e quem era de fora, uma bagunça, foi horrivel, não gostamos. Funcionários pouco solícitos. Café da manhã não gostamos, repetitivo e com poucas opções, muita mosca e insetos dentro pote do mel. Horrivel.

Hotel confortável,com uma boa localização, bom atendimento de todos os funcionários (bem simpáticos e prestativos), café da manhã bem variado, gostoso, algumas coisas ficam de um dia para o outro mais nada que chegue a ficar ruim. Quarto super confortável, espaçoso (fiquei numa suíte master), ar-condicionado funcionando bem, cama confortável, banheiro espaçoso, televisão com diversos canais on-line, wi-fi funciona bem no quarto e nas áreas comuns, fica instável na cobertura onde funciona o restaurante e a piscina. Recomendo a estadia, ótimo custo beneficio. Numa próxima ida a RN pretendo me hospedar novamente.

Foi muito boa, funcionários simpáticos, quarto limpo e espaçoso , excelente localização, chegamos de madrugada e a recepção estava em funcionamento, café da manhã bom, teve um dia que o fotógrafo foi tirar umas fotos do hotel e nesse dia o café estava espetacular, mas nos outros dias baixou um pouco o padrão, uma sugestão seria manter esse mesmo padrão todos os dias! Área da piscina era uma delícia e com uma vista linda!

O quarto muito aconchegante, funcionários educadíssimos, café da manhã excelente. Amamos muito e ficamos com vontade de voltar. Única coisa que precisam melhorar é na organização da limpeza dos quartos. Solicitamos no penúltimo dia e não aconteceu, mas isso foi um detalhe pequeno. Amamos a estadia.

melhorar o atendimento no cafe da manhã...
Atendimento excelente, mas precisa melhorar o café da manhã, fica ao ar livre sem um proteção para os alimentos e as moscas ficam atacando, além de que falta uma refrigeração para os frios, o presunto no calor não estava cm uma boa aparencia. Outro ponto, precisa ter mais pessoas no horário do café, havia apenas uma pessoa para lavar a louça, corta as frutoas , fazer ovos, etc, e uma pessoa fazendo a reposição dos alimentos que muitas vezes não eram repostos, embora procurem ser ageis e atenciosos, mas não é suficiente, precisa ter mais pessoas trabalhando neste horario, até porque existe uma concentração pois os turistas estão indo para as prais ..vale a pena rever , pois a localização e o tamanhos dos quartos são excelentes..
