Fair not great

The Villa Park Hotel is probably a good choice it you want to be near the stadium or shopping mall, but it is not convenient if you want to go to the beach. Although the room seemed clean, the bed cover had some nasty stains on it. The mattress was not comfortable and the pillows seemed to be encased in a plastic cover. The TV was tiny, not much bigger than the monitor on my computer. Parking was very convenient and safe in a secured underground garage. The hotel was a fair value for what we paid, but it is by no means a four star hotel. We were also charged a 10% service fee in addition to what we paid Expedia when we checked out, which no other Brazilian hotel charged us in our travels.

O ambiente é antigo, e o estado de conservação dá a impressão de ser velho. Deveriam pensar em um retrofit. A cama/colchão, o travesseiro, as toalhas não eram de boa qualidade. A equipe poderia ser um pouco mais educada, não davam a impressão de estarem muito satisfeitos.

Quarto quente. Ar-condicionado novo, mas sem conseguir dar conta de esfriar o quarto. Condensadores dos aparelhos de ar-condicionado localizados próximo ao corredor de acesso aos quartos, fazendo com que todo o calor seja direcionado para dentro do hotel. Quartos limpos, de bom tamanho, mas com roupa de cama gastas, trazendo pouco conforto. Bom estacionamento e boa localização. No meu entender, razoável, mas não vale o que cobra.

Excelente experiência

O hotel fica nas proximidades do local onde iria ter as reuniões de trabalho, além de próximo de uma habitual área para camihadas. Á pé fica a uns 15 minutos do principal shopping da cidade. A recepção está sempre disponível e receptiva ao atendimento. Não tive nenhuma dificuldade na estadia e ainda há o serviço de quarto até às 22 horas - o que é excelente em viagens de negócios de longa duração. Apesar de Natal ser uma cidade praiana, este hotel é do tipo "cidade"; porém, não fica muito distante das praias.
