My stay was excellent: the service, the breakfast was delicious with many options of breads, cakes, fruits, etc. It was very impressive. The clean room was very good. I would like to register that the air conditioner in the fitness center was not working and the TV had signals issues.

O hotel fica proximo á praia dos Artistas, na Via Costeira No hotel, tem muita variedade de entretenimento, piscina, academia, sala de jogos, área para descanso e lazer. No quarto TV LCD com opções de canais, ar condicionado, cofre, frigibar, secador de cabelo, wi-fi e boa ducha.A cama é muita boa e confortável. O cafe da manhã é completo e a cada dia com itens variados.Fazem tapioca, crepioca e omelete. A piscina é muitas boa, com sol o diai inteiro.Na frente do hotel tem uma pequena praia, bem sossegada e com acesso pela avenida do hotel.O hotel fornece toalhas para praia e.piscina. O restaurante do hotel não funciona nas segundas-feiras, de terça a sábado, com serviço de almoço e jantar, com pratos executivos e aos domingos só almoço até as 15h. O atendimento é atenciso e simpático. O hotel.estava cheio, porém tinha muita gente á trabalho e as areas de. azer estavam vazias e tranquilas. Quando eu cheguei, o check in foi muito demorado, meu quarto estava com o ar quebrado, tive que pedir um novo quarto e me deram um quarto de PCD horroroso, a comida do room service era horrível, muito ruim mesmo, enfim péssima experiência, fiquei no hotel apenas algumas horas, e essas foram minhas impressões.

Memorable stay

Downside was at check-in we were given a room of a lower category than booked. After checking with reception we were told that there was a technical problem with the room of the correct category allocated for and we could change the following day. Which was ok and we did so. A bit disappointing that only after asking for a partial refund of the first night (difference of room price) at the check-out we were granted a proportionate discount. This should have been proposed automatically and not only after asking…. Also be sure to put the ‘please make my room’ outside of the room as otherwise room will not be cleaned… after all sorted out we really enjoyed the room with frontal sea view and a hammock on the small balcony 😃

Insatisfação

Durante a estadia ocorreu tudo dentro dos conformes porém na hora de realizar o check out me foi informado que estavam faltando duas toalhas em meu quarto , uma de banho e uma de rosto… a de banho sim estava comigo pois como tinha alinhado com a recepção eu iria para um passeio em pipa e deixaria minha mala ainda no hotel e retornando devolvi a toalha como alinhado porém o recepcionista ficou batendo na tecla de que faltava uma toalha de rosto ao qual não faz sentido já que a única toalha que peguei emprestado foi a de banho para o passeio e assim que cheguei devolvi imediatamente. Fica muito clara a insatisfação ao ter um funcionário alegando que você roubou algo na frente de várias pessoas ao qual tbm estavam realizando o seu checkout. Vou enviar uma msg pra a administradora reclamando da situação e da total exposição junto ao hotel e se for realmente escolher ou indicar aqui dentro da empresa , não o farei pois me senti extremamente exposto de uma maneira desnecessária e desrespeitosa
