The room was small and not very comfortable. There was a clear lack of staff, with no service at the pool or beach areas and no personnel available to guide or assist us. The pool service was horrible especially for the prices I was paying for drinks and bottles. At check-in, the front desk offered us champagne for our last night, but it was never delivered and was simply forgotten. Front desk apologized for not sending it admitting to have forgotten. Our dinner reservations were also not made as promised. Overall, the service was very poor, and the hostesses at all the restaurants were rude and unwelcoming. This experience was disappointing and did not meet expectations.
