Great location. Shuttle to Broadway and we used a couple times. Great service! TV in our room glitched but was not in the room a lot anyway. Good breakfast and coffee

This hotel had a great breakfast each morning. The room was wonderful and quiet. The pool was very clean and nice. There was a free shuttle to take you where you want to go within 4 miles of the hotel. It took us to where all of the action is on Broadway one night. Other people were riding it to the football stadium. Very handy because parking on Broadway would have been next to impossible. We had a great stay.

Horrible Experience

We have stayed at numerous Residence Inn locations, but our experience at the Nashville, TN property was by far the worst. The level of customer service was completely unacceptable, with staff showing clear preferential treatment toward certain guests while disregarding others. This level of bias and lack of professionalism reflects extremely poor training and management oversight. We will not be returning to this location and cannot recommend it to anyone seeking fair and respectful treatment.

I can say this was generally one of my favorite places to stay. Everything from the bed to the breakfast and the room service was so hygienic and comfortable. The check-in process and checkout process is also very convenient and all the amenities are very useful. This was my first time in Nashville and I can say that I will definitely be back at this hotel for my next stay

The staff and room were absolutely wonderful and it was nice to be out of the business area of downtown. We were in a King Suite and couldnt have picked a better room for our stay! Cant wait to stay again when we come back to Nashville.

We did a 2 night stay. The location is great. Quiet, kind of off the beaten path but that is what we wanted. Residence Inn offers a shuttle within a 4 mile radius and we took it downtown. So we were able to enjoy downtown without the hustle and bustle.

It was my first time in Nashville and I’m already planning on heading back! The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming throughout the whole stay. The hotel was centrally located but at the same time offered some privacy from the central city areas. The rooms were more than comfortable and clean as well. Definitely staying here again.
