The nighttime desk clerk, Mike, couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. The cleaning staff was lovely as well. However, the night clerk was very rude and the opposite of helpful. Also, I was staying there because ice caused my neighborhood to be without power, and our homes became uninhabitable due to the extreme cold. That started on the 25th. This morning I was informed that my room was now double the price. I told them I would call the news if that was the case. Price gouging is against the law. They took the price down. The room was clean and perfectly adequate. Just the above mentioned things made the stay less than enjoyable.

Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The only thing we had a problem with was that it took the water in the shower forever to get warm and even longer to get hot.

The room had been recently renovated and in a really great location. Its only 5 minutes from the Grand Old Opry and Opry Mill oulet mall. The room was very clean and the gentleman working the front desk highly recommended the restaurant next door (we walked its such a short distance) and it was fantastic!! The front desk was also very helpful in extending our stay when asked as well. The only drawback was the loud music on the weekend, but the price more than made up for that.
