People were very good. TV was very hard to get. Either I didn’t know how to work the TV or the fact there was no direction how to get the channels. We didn’t go there to watch TV but the main thing we could watch was dateline or similar stations. Overall I would go back.

The black-out blinds absolutely do not work, prepare to be wide awake every night. Terrible facilities. Paper thin walls.

This is definitely right in the middle of Restaurants, Night Life and across the street from Opryland. We booked this to have walkability to these things, It is 14 minute drive to get to Downtown areas and all things Nashville. It was clean, fridge and microwave were nice to have. Bed was good. Reason for the 4 stars is it is Noisy on the backside of the Hotel. This faces the Nightlife bars (3am) and Mornings there are delivery trucks, etc starting at 6am. Swimming pool is not really on the Hotel property, it appears to be on the Scoreboard Bar/Restaurant property. It was being filled when we were there and we did not use it, nor was it offered at Check In.

It was nice being close to restaurant and live music. Room was clean. Bed not bad, need to get a new mattress. AC needs updated, door to our room needs painted, cable outlet handing from the wall, otherwise staff was nice.

The staff went out of their way to make sure that we enjoyed our visit. The rooms were nice and clean. The bathrooms sparkled. The bed and pillows were remarkable!

Great location to attend the Opry or shopping. Shuttle service available to Opry or downtown. Clean property and helpful staff. Breakfast was adequate. Managers were arguing loudly as we checked out-kind of awkward.
